What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis can be seen as ‘a waking state of awareness, (or consciousness), in which a person’s attention is detached from his or her immediate environment and is absorbed by inner experiences such as feelings, cognition and imagery.

How does it work?
If we could “think” our way through our problems, we probably wouldn’t need help, right? When we experience trauma, it is often stored in the subconscious mind. Hypnosis allows us to access the subconscious and heal that trauma.
